The Trailer includes:

A woman's room containing: 4 flushing toilets 1 sink 110 Volt Air Conditioning unit and heater. Fluorescent lights.

A men's room containing: 2 flushing toilets. 2 urinals 1 sink 110 volt Air Conditioning unit and heater. Fluorescent lights.

• Each trailer can handle up to 700 people for up to 8 hours before needing to be serviced, 600 people for 8 hours if alcohol is served. Any more then this will require an additional service call.
• Each trailer will need to have a garden hose with a minimum water pressure of 40 psi and a flow rate of 5 gallons per minute at the trailer. It is the renters responsibility to have a garden hose that can reach the trailer.
• Each trailer will need up to two dedicated 15 amp power circuits with no other power draw on each circuit. These circuits will supply power to both air-conditioning units, interior lights, and power interior outlets. One circuit would be enough to power one A/C unit and power interior lights. It is the renters responsibility to supply power cables and the circuits to the trailer.
• Be sure that each power cord is heavy duty and properly sized (gauge) for the distance it will run and the 15 amps it will draw. Extension cords DO NOT WORK.
• For night time use, we recommend parking the restroom under or near a street light. The street light will provide plenty of light inside and around the trailer for the security of your guests.
• The location of the unit needs to be level and dry. Access is needed by a truck to service the unit each day.
• It is your responsibility to supply water and power to the trailer. These items need to be ready so our service person can hook up the unit and get everything in working order before leaving the site.
